Developed design direction for Men’s and Women’s footwear collections.

Worked to develop new design strategy that pushed fashion forward designs that helped gain placement back in retailers such as Barneys NY.

Briefed in new footwear briefs and concepts every season to senior management team.

Managed a team of 2 young and talented designers.

Managed SKU count and color merchandising.

Worked side by side with senior marketing team to ensure all brand strategies were cohesive across brand and product.

Helped with marketing assets such as; model casting, campaign images, collaborations, and tradeshow booths.

Designed men’s and women’s lifestyle product under Select line - built to be the after-skate option.

Managed color merchandising along with apparel and graphic design teams to create cohesive collections.

Built product for pro skate athletes.

Handled development and direct communication with oversea’s factory partners.

Responsible for all Special Make Up opportunities and dealt directly with sales and retail partners to bring new product to life.
